Please notify Jen Farino at least 1 week in advance if you have information you want added to the agenda or you wish to be included on the agenda for any announcements or presentations.

If your troop has an upcoming event that you would like to publicize, it is always great to have the girls make the announcement themselves.  (Be sure to let Jen know 1 week in advance.)

 

Please bring 20 - 30 flyers for any workshops, troop events or GS programs that you wish to publicize.  

 

Please have at least one leader or representative from your troop come to the meeting to pick up time sensitive information and to find out what is happening with the Long Valley Girl Scouts!
